By joining the waitlist, creating an Amorixo account when available, or using the website or future app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Rules. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
You must be at least 21 years old to use Amorixo. By joining the waitlist or using the service when available, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may terminate accounts found to belong to users under 21.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@amorixo.com of any unauthorised access.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not create more than one account.
Amorixo is currently a pre-launch website and planned platform to help adults find potential romantic connections based on shared values, communication style, and dealbreaker alignment. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any match will result in a relationship, or that information provided by other users is accurate.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Premium access, optional add-ons, and any paid features are not open yet. Final pricing, access terms, and refund rules will be published before any payment is taken. You will not be charged through this website unless a future payment flow is clearly opened.
A clear refund policy will be published before paid access opens. Questions can be sent to support@amorixo.com.
When paid access opens, payments are planned to be processed by a third-party payment provider. Amorixo does not intend to store payment card details.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Amorixo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service (showing your profile to potential matches).
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
The Amorixo name, logo, product design, and matching concepts are owned by Amorixo and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.
Amorixo facilitates introductions. We conduct safety measures but cannot guarantee the accuracy of profile information or safety of in-person meetings. Always exercise appropriate caution when meeting someone online.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amorixo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@amorixo.com. EEA residents may raise disputes with their national court or consumer protection authority.
We will notify you via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
